Our Digital Workflow
We utilize a closed-loop digital process that connects CAD design with inspection execution and quality analysis. Here's how it works

DESIGN
Our parts are designed in NX CAD with full PMI (Product and Manufacturing Information), including GD&T annotations.

INSPECTION PLANNING
Using NX Inspector, we define characteristic IDs directly on the model, making them QIF-compliant.
03.
CMM PROGRAMMING
NX CMM automatically reads the characteristics and generates probe paths.
04.
MEASUREMENT EXECUTION
NX CMM Execution runs the inspection and captures real measured values.
05.
QUALITY ANALYSIS
All results are imported into Teamcenter Quality for traceability, SPC analysis, and reporting.
